If using frozen peaches do you have to thaw them first and get rid of some of the juice that it produces or do you use them frozen?

I would recommend that for sure! I haven't tested it with frozen peaches but they will have much more moisture. Thawing is a must!

Yes, you will want to drain the canned peaches. I haven't made it in a larger dish, however, you can double it by using double the ingredients and a larger dish. Hope that helps!
