- Greek seasoning. Use store-bought seasoning or combine 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and oregano.
- Lemon juice. Fresh lemon juice adds bright flavor and acidity.

- Dry the fish with a paper towel. Place the fillet on a sheet pan on top of parchment paper. Rub olive oil over the top of the raw fillet.

- Oven Method. Place the baking sheet pan in a cold oven. Turn the oven on to 400F and set a timer for 20 minutes.
- Air Fryer Method. Air fry at 400F for 7 minutes or until the desired doneness.
