- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour

- ¾ teaspoon sea salt

- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Brownie Layer Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon boiling water
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer Wet Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoon butter softened
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips

- 6 regular Oreos or 4 double-stuff oreos, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 9X9 glass baking pan with parchment paper and spray it with coconut oil spray or cooking spray.
