Funfetti Donuts Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Spray a donut pan or silicone donut molds with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients with a whisk.
- In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
- Stir the donut batter with a wooden spoon until just mixed.
- Spoon the batter into a piping bag or Ziploc bag and snip the bottom corner. Pipe six large donuts into the prepared donut pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the donut comes out clean and they are golden brown.
Glaze Instructions
- Melt the butter in the microwave in 30-second increments until melted. Stir powdered sugar into the melted butter. Add almond milk or whole milk to thin as desired.
- Dip the baked funfetti donuts into the butter mixture then sprinkle funfetti sprinkles over the top of each donut. Place them on a cooling rack to set.

- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 large egg or 1 cup applesauce
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup almond milk
- rainbow sprinkles
Glaze Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- rainbow sprinkles
- milk as needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 6-donut donut pan with cooking spray and set aside. If you have two donut pans, prepare a second one with cooking spray.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, sprinkles, and protein powder. In another bowl combine melted butter, egg or applesauce, sugar, and almond milk.2 cups flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ¼ cup vanilla protein, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ cup unsalted butter, 2 large egg, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup almond milk, rainbow sprinkles
- Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet. Stir until just combined, do not over-mix.
- Using a plastic bag, place the donut mixture into the bag and snip one bottom corner. Fill the donut pan with three circles of donut batter. Gently tap the donut pan to even them out.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Donuts will be done when a toothpick comes out clean.

Very yummy! I substituted the milk for yogurt and added 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract to the wet ingredients. I ended up with 12 donuts, the batter filled up every single donut mold very generously. Very moist! Baked these for 16 min and they came out perfect!
