Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you need to make this recipe. Reference the recipe card at the bottom for exact measurements and the notes below for substitution ideas.

- Kale: I prefer massaged kale or baby kale for this recipe. Spinach or even arugula would also work.
- English cucumber: Dice cucumbers into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Parsley: Fresh parsley takes the freshness factor over the top!
- Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt adds protein and is part of the base of the green goddess dressing.
- Basil: Basil amps up the green of the dressing and provides delicious fresh flavor.
- Tahini: Tahini adds creaminess and nutty flavor.
- White Beans: Cannellini beans or Great Northern beans work well. Rinse them well before adding.
- Lemon vinegar: Lemon juice works as a substitute.
- Avocado: Use a ripe avocado for easy blending.
- Almonds: Chopped lightly salted almonds provide a delicious crunch.
