This green power salad with green goddess dressing is fresh, creamy, and full of delicious flavor! Massaged kale combined with English cucumbers, white beans, and creamy avocado green goddess dressing. A delicious light meal or a week of meal prep. Prepare all salad veggies by washing and then chopping them into small pieces.
1 medium English cucumber, ½ cup almonds, ¼ cup parsley
Add the kale to a large bowl. Drizzle with lemon vinegar and massage until softened. Add the chopped salad veggies and almonds.

Rinse the white beans well. Add them to the salad bowl.

Combine the dressing ingredients in a small blender or a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.

Use a spoon to add the dressing to the salad bowl in batches. Combine gently until your desired amount of salad dressing is achieved. Season with salt to taste.
