If chicken is uncooked, season it with salt and pepper on each side and then grill it over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until it reaches 165 F.
8 oz. cooked grilled chicken
Add chicken salad ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
8 oz. cooked grilled chicken, 4 oz. chopped romaine lettuce, 2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ cup caesar dressing
Use salad tongs to evenly coat the lettuce, chicken, and cheese with dressing and to incorporate. Use kitchen shears to chop into bite-sized pieces if desired.
