These air fryer hot honey chicken bites are juicy, crispy, and delicious flavor combination of sweet and spicy. Make these in just 20 minutes. They are perfect for meal prep, a quick and easy dinner, or over high-protein bowls.
Place the prepared chicken on an air fryer tray or basket in a single layer. Air fry for 4 minutes per side at 390 F. Flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Remove the chicken from basket and place in a bowl. Coat with the hot honey glaze ingredients and then air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
3 tablespoon hot honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Oven Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Place prepared chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 7 minutes per side.
Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to add crisp. Toss with the glaze and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.Be careful not to overcook the chicken. Temp the chicken to 165 F using a meat thermometer to ensure doneness.
