Cook the cheese tortellini in boiling salted water according to the al dente package instructions. Rinse the cooked tortellini in a colander under cold water and then place in a large bowl.
Add the vegetables, olives, and feta cheese to the bowl.
Add the tzatziki dressing to the bowl.
Gently stir and coat the ingredients evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
