Place the cream cheese into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Cream the cheese until smooth with no lumps, around 3-5 minutes.
8 oz. cream cheese
Scrape down the sides. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk again for 1-3 minutes or until smooth.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup powdered Monk Fruit sweetener
