This creamy high-protein pasta salad is loaded with fresh veggies, tender and juicy chicken, and a tangry lemon Greek yogurt dressing. This healthy pasta salad is full of protein with almost 50 grams of protein per serving!
Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl along with the creamy dressing.
1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup English cucumbers, 1 pound cooked chicken breast, 4 oz. fresh mozzarella, 2 tablespoon fresh herbs
Gently stir the high-protein pasta salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
