Add the chicken breast to the crock pot. Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, chili powder, onion powder, and cumin. Stir in 2 cups of the chicken broth and reserve the rest. Stir in the salsa and taco simmer sauce.
1.5 lbs. chicken breast, 16 oz. salsa, 8 oz. taco simmer sauce, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon onion powder, 4 cups chicken broth
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily. Shred the chicken in the crock pot and stir. Add the cream cheese and stir. Cook for 30 more minutes. Top with taco toppings of your choice and serve.
