Slice baguette in half and then slice one half into 15 equal slices. Save other half for another use. Toast bread in the toast oven until lightly toasted.
½ large baguette
Spread about 1.5 teaspoons of goat cheese onto each toast.
4 oz goat cheese
Place about 5-6 pieces of dates on top of goat cheese.
½ cup dates or figs
Drizzle with honey and top with fresh mint if desired.
