Make these easy no-bake birthday cake protein balls for a healthy snack! Delicious cake batter flavor and colorful sprinkles make these an easy protein snack even kids will love!
Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl or a food processor.
1 cup rolled oats, 2 scoops vanilla Orgain protein powder, 1 teaspoon almond extract, ½ cup runny almond butter, ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles, 1 tablespoon almond milk, ¼ cup honey
Use a rubber spatula to mix the ingredients until incorporated. If using a food processor, pulse until well mixed.
Add the mixture to the freezer for 10 minutes.
Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out approximately 21 protein bites.
