Juicy Turkey Smash Burgers (Blackstone or Stove top)
Learn how to make the best easy turkey smash burgers that are so juicy and flavorful! These quick smash burgers can be made on the Blackstone griddle or the stove top in just 15 minutes. Scoop the meat out of the bowl in eight equal-sized portions, creating 8 large balls. Place the burger balls on a sheet pan.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter or avocado oil on the hot griddle.

Place each burger ball onto the hot griddle. Place a piece of parchment paper onto the ball and press down using a burger press.
Allow each side to cook for 1-2 minutes. If using cheese, place a slice of cheese over the top of the cooked side after flipping. Dome with a burger dome to melt the cheese. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat on the stove top. Melt butter or avocado oil in the bottom of the skillet.
