Mini Ground Turkey Burgers Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls
This ground turkey burger sliders recipe is an easy appetizer or weeknight meal that your family will love! Simple pantry ingredients are needed to make this delicious and juicy turkey burger recipe in just 20 minutes.
Combine all of the ingredients (except for the Hawaiian rolls) in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to combine without over-mixing.
1 pound ground turkey, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ¼ teaspoon pepper, ¾ teaspoon salt, ½ cup breadcrumbs, 1 cup zucchini, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Shape the turkey meat mixture into small patties, about 2 inches across and ¼ inch thick. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Heat the grill to 400 F or heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Place the patties on the heated grill and sprinkle with burger seasoning if using.

Cook burgers for 3-4 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 165 F when inserted into the thickest part of the burger.
