Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cut the bacon pieces into 1-inch-sized pieces. Cook the bacon until crispy before removing it to a plate lined with a paper towel. Reserve the bacon grease.

Clean the asparagus and cut the spears into 2-inch pieces.

Place the asparagus into the hot bacon drippings and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir, then continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes. Cook longer if needed.
Remove the pan from the heat. Drizzle soy sauce and sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning and black pepper on top. Serve immediately.
